At Free Move we offer all the services that a traditional High Street Estate Agent would offer you but with one big difference. We don’t charge you for it!
Yes, you did read that correctly. Instead, we ask you to provide a donation to the charities that we have teamed up with – Midlands Air Ambulance and YMCA. The size of your donation is down to you but we like to think that if you have been happy with our service, you will dig deep.
This unique approach is the first of its kind in the UK and we’ve done our research….we also think it might be the first time any estate agent in the world has done this. We like to lead the way and who knows; maybe other estate agents will follow.
We operate throughout Brownhills, Walsall and the local area and we wanted to give something back to the community. The value for money you get for a traditional estate agent fee has never been great so we have examined what people really want from an estate agency service and instead of imposing a fee, suggest a donation to our chosen charities instead. We hope you agree that this is a better way of spending your money.
So what do we do for you?
Well basically, everything you would expect…
We will:
- Give you expert advice on the local market
- Complete a valuation of your property
- Market your property through the agency, Rightmove and all the usual places
- Accompany viewings if you want us to
- Put you in touch with Solicitors
- Oversee the entire transaction
Once contracts have been exchanged and everything is done and dusted, we then invite you to make a charity donation. You are not obliged to do this but we hope you will!
